Return Policy

  1. Examine all packages upon receipt immediately. Detroit Delivery Solutions (DDS) must be contacted with 3 days / 72 hours of receipt about the damage. DDS is not responsible for damaged merchandise that cannot be properly examined by the claims inspector.
  2. Contact support (support@detdelsol.com) within 30 days of delivery for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns will not be accepted after 30 days (30 days from shipping to receipt of part by DDS).
    1. Note: There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned parts. The exception is if the part was damaged in shipping or if we made an error.
    2. Returned parts must be in original new condition. Parts that have been disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted, used or modified in any way cannot be returned. All assemblies kits must be complete (including fasteners.
    3. Shipping is not paid for,  the "buyer" or returning party is responsible for shipping
    4. Any sale / clearance part has a no return policy again unless damaged in shipping or there was an error by DDS
    5. All returns must be in the original box or container carefully packed with correct amount of packing material. If another box is used it must be a strong corrugated box with part carefully packed. If any damaged occurs during return those parts will not be eligible for refund.
    6. Address and instructions for returns will be given with RMA
    7. RMA number(s) must be clearly marked on the outside of the return box / packaging

After the returned parts / assemblies / kits are inspected a refund will be given for the original cost.

A refund will be issued after the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved.
