Warranty Terms

30-Day Limited Warranty for All DDS Parts

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to all parts sold by Detroit Delivery Solutions, LLC (“Seller”) and covers only the original purchaser (“Buyer”).

 

1. Warranty Coverage

Seller warrants that each part sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the parts.

 

2. Warranty Limitations

This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part at Seller’s discretion. Seller is not responsible for any cost associated for using the parts and damage to other parts, devices or vehicles including the following:

Labor costs, installation, or removal fees.

Towing, transportation, or rental vehicle expenses.

Damage caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, neglect, racing, or modification.

Consequential or incidental damages resulting from the failure of the part.

 

3. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

Parts installed on vehicles used for racing, or off-road purposes.

Parts damaged due to impact, improper usage, improper maintenance, overheating, accidents, or contaminated fluids.

 

4. Claim Procedure

To make a claim, Buyer must:

Notify DDS within the 30-day warranty period.

Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.

Return the part using the part return process for inspection, shipping is paid for buy the buyer

If DDS determines the part to be defective, a replacement or repair will be provided. If the part is discontinued or unavailable, Seller may refund the purchase price.

 

5. Disclaimer

This Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Seller. All other warranties, express or implied—including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

6. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
